The holiday apartment features a spacious living area with kitchenette, fully equipped bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and hairdryer, as well as two lovingly furnished double rooms, and a small balcony. The kitchenette offers a fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, an induction cooker with 4 units, a coffee machine, a kettle, crockery and cutlery. In the living area you will find a large dining table, a cosy lounging area with panoramic views, and a comfortable pull-out sofa bed. Cancellations
According to the Italian Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of withdrawal. However, we grant you the right to withdraw according to following cancellation conditions as defined in Art. 1382 ZGB (Civil Code):
- You may cancel your reservation not later than 4 weeks prior to arrival without any cancellation fee. We will retain only the deposit.
- Within the last 4 weeks before arrival, we will charge 50% of the total price.
- In case of no-show or early departure 100% of the agreed total price will be charged.
Please inform us in advance if you are unable to take your holiday. Mandatory information according to EU Regulation No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and Council. The platform for online resolution of consumer disputes (ODR) of the European Commission is available here.
